LEDtemu Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused LED components within 14 days of purchase, provided:
✅ Products are in original packaging with all labels, accessories, and manuals.
🚫 No returns for:

Opened, used, or damaged items

Products altered from their original state

Requests submitted after 14 days
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact our support team via guplei79@gmail.com within 14 days. Include:

Photos (if claiming damage/incorrect item)

3. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To exchange:

4. Damaged/Incorrect Items
Report within 7 days of delivery:

📦 Received wrong item? Provide:

Side-by-side comparison with order details
We will email a prepaid return label and expedite replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
❌ The following cannot be returned:

Items purchased through third-party sellers

Products missing security seals
6. Cross-Border Returns
For international returns:
🌍 Include a commercial invoice with declared value ≤ original purchase amount
📦 Use trackable shipping (DHL/FedEx recommended)
